Position Location Water Resources/Wastewater Engineer Alberta and British Columbia Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Undertake wastewater, water, hydraulic, and other detailed designing 2) Develop and maintain project schedules 3) Write reports and proposals 4) Create detailed designs of water and wastewater treatment plants 5) Oversee preparation of construction drawings 6) Prepare environmental study reports 7) Liaise with clients and assist with business development 8) Prepare economic analyses for wastewater and water infrastructure projects 9) Research issues related to wastewater and water resources that impact individual projects 10) Prepare construction specifications, tender documents, etc. 11) Ensure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective manner Requirements 1) 10+ years of experience in water, wastewater, and municipal projects 2) P. Eng. registration 3) APEGGA certification (or eligible for registration in less than 6 months) 4) Experience in leading diverse project teams (from conceptual design to commission)
