Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Develop and implement quality plans
2) Plan and conduct audits to monitor the implementation and effectiveness of quality
3) Develop and implement project procedures for quality processes
4) Ensure that company requirements are followed (as outlined in plans, standards and procedures)
5) Provide interpretation, clarification and coaching (as required)
6) Develop, implement, track and report on quality performance measures
7) Conduct root-cause analysis for high-risk quality non-conformances
8) Provide quality-related training (as required) |
| Requirements |
1) Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
2) Experience in plastics (stretch film preferred)
3) Expertise in root-cause analysis
4) Strong quality background
5) Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
6) Superb leadership and communication skills |
