Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Handle recruitment, hiring and termination all Production personnel
2) Coordinate routine performance reviews
3) Manage the day-to-day activities of the Production Department
4) Coordinate the company’s safety program
5) Prepare weekly timesheets
6) Track and ensure that all employee records are kept current and updated
7) Handle inventory and purchase of all Production Department supplies
8) Keep an updated and current set of files for all production-related information
9) Coordinate any machine repairs with the Maintenance Department
10) Assist with the approval of new product requests in a timely manner
11) Coordinate with Quality Department all interactions with the Production Department |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) or Diploma (2 year)
2) 10 years of experience in a similar role
3) Experience in plastics (stretch film preferred)
4) Excellent leadership and communication skills |
