| Responsibilities |
1) Coordinate (independently) the work of project architects
2) Ensure the balance of a multi-disciplinary team throughout the entire project
3) Establish client relations
4) Handle marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
5) Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance
6) Conduct schematic design development and contract document work sessions at the project site in with Project Architect and others
7) Coordinate workload through the entire project to complete documents on schedule
8) Track the financial aspect of the projects
9) Coordinate and adjust the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within the parameters of the schedule
10) Work with the Regional Controller and the Managing Principal for project reviews with corporate management (as needed) |
| Requirements |
1) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
2) Registered Architect
3) LEED registration preferred
4) 10+ years of experience in healthcare and corrections design
5) Experience in sustainable design
6) Excellent planning and mentoring skills
7) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Project)
8) Ability to lead a team on projects |
