Management
Responsibilities
1) Act as a Project Manager 2) Coordinate (independently) the work of project architects 3) Ensure the balance of a multi-disciplinary team throughout the entire project 4) Maintain client relations 5) Handle marketing, contractual, design and production meetings 6) Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance 7) Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project site with Project Architect and others 8) Coordinate workload through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule 9) Track the financial aspects of the projects 10) Coordinate and adjust the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within the parameters of the schedule 11) Work with the Regional Controller and the Regional Director for project reviews with corporate management (as needed)
Requirements
1) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 2) PE license and Registered Architect preferred 3) LEED registration preferred 4) 10+ years of experience 5) Experience in sustainable design 6) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Project) 7) Excellent planning and mentoring skills 8) Ability to lead a team on healthcare, science and technology, and/or civic-related projects
