Position Location Architect Project Manager Alabama Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Coordinate work of project architects 2) Ensure the balance of a multi-disciplinary team throughout the entire project 3) Maintain client relations 4) Handle marketing, contractual, design and production meetings 5) Participate in reviews (with various governing agencies) for code compliance 6) Conduct schematic design development and contract document work sessions at project site 7) Coordinate workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule 8) Track financial aspects of the projects 9) Coordinate and adjust work effort with the team to ensure work is completed within parameters of the schedule Requirements 1) Degree (4 year) in Architecture 2) Registered architect 3) 7 years of professional experience
