Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Create geotechnical/civil engineering design
2) Handle technical specification and bid package preparation
3) Evaluate construction material
4) Optimize designs and write technical reports
5) Handle project management (including delivery of project)
6) Direct junior staff to meet projects deliverables
7) Perform geotechnical site investigations (including site reconnaissance, drilling and coring)
8) Handle analysis and design assignments
9) Perform site inspection/supervision and review
10) Make construction QA/QC inspections (for complex assignments) and review
11) Handle client contract and business development |
| Requirements |
1) Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geological Engineering
2) P. Eng. license
3) 7 years of design experience
4) Experience in mining project development
5) Superb technical design background in geotechnical analyses
6) Experience in the consulting industry and dealing directly with clients |
