Position Location Civil Engineer Northern Canada Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Propose development of policies, procedures, and guidelines for projects 2) Prepare and review drawings, graphics, plans, and profiles 3) Review structural designs for a variety of projects 4) Prepare and review preliminary and final engineering designs, specifications, and cost estimates 5) Review engineering to evaluate impact on engineering design as well as feasibility 6) Prepare planning and design data reports 7) Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements 1) Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 2) P. Eng. license 3) 5 – 7 years of design and construction experience (large engineering firm preferred) 4) Experience in project development 5) Superb technical design background 6) Experience in dealing directly with clients 7) Excellent communication and problem solving skills 8) Self-starter with ability to think creatively
