Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise and coordinate work affecting mechanical discipline estimates
2) Develop mechanical scope of work and costs for multidisciplinary estimates
3) Maintain active communication with all tendering authorities, including owners, architects and engineers
4) Assist with establishment and pricing of indirect costs
5) Provide information to support detailed scheduling
6) Work with cost codes, project productivity and project control systems
7) Provide input to proposal documents
8) Coordinate multidiscipline estimates
9) Provide detailed take-offs with labor and material pricing entries as well as extensions |
| Requirements |
1) BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
2) Minimum 4 years of estimating experience
3) Expertise in packaged mechanical estimating software a plus
4) Proficiency in MS Office
5) Excellent technical analytical skills
6) Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for normal functions as well as special assignments
