| Responsibilities |
1) Serve as a Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager on transportation planning and preliminary design studies
2) Make environmental assessments for transportation facilities
3) Handle site master planning
4) Participate in traffic impact, parking and traffic calming studies
5) Perform road safety audits and peer reviews
6) Coordinate projects between other design disciplines
7) Manage schedule and budget
8) Prepare technical reports and documentation related to current or prospective projects
9) Liaise with clients |
| Requirements |
1) P. Eng. license
2) 10 – 15 years experience in traffic/transportation planning
3) In-depth knowledge of geometric design standards
4) Expertise in current traffic engineering software
5) Ability to communicate effectively and produce technical reports
6) Strategic, analytical and practical thinker |
