| Responsibilities |
1) Oversee project organization, scheduling and implementation
2) Prepare price estimates and take-offs
3) Assist the department in mitigation of risks
4) Participate in bidding and establish bid strategies
5) Review bid documents
6) Identify special requirements and report to the management
7) Make preliminary schedules and general requirements for reviews
8) Prepare cost proposals and budgets |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 2 years of estimating experience
3) Expertise in packaged mechanical estimating software a plus
4) Excellent technical analytical skills
5) Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines |
