About our client
Our client was originally established in 1984 as a regional NDT service company. They are a specialized engineering and technical services firm. The company consists of recognized experts in inspection and testing, condition monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting as well as engineered solutions.

Responsibilities
1) Measure, analyze, and diagnose machinery as well as structural vibration problems
2) Establish and support equipment condition monitoring programs
3) Create test plans
4) Setup and acquire measurements using multi-channel analyzers
5) Review and analyze acquired data
6) Prepare and present verbal and written reports to clients
7) Manage projects that include coordinating field measurements, data processing, reporting, design and fabrication, and client communications
8) Assist administrative and technical staff in developing/documenting analysis procedures as well as the procurement, use, storage, and calibration of various instruments, equipment, and software
9) Help company staff to install, configure, and support condition-monitoring systems
10) Support technical staff in remote diagnosis of machinery problems
11) Conduct on-site assessment of industrial vibration monitoring programs
12) Develop and present training in vibration monitoring and related topics
13) Coordinate improvement programs
14) Provide manpower support and technical assistance to condition monitoring specialists including periodic data collection, dynamic balancing, and precision shaft alignment
15) Communicate with various clients and prospects, as directed by the Operations Manager
16) Provide direct supervision of assigned technical staff and assistants
17) Ensure that all personnel conduct themselves in a safe and professional manner when at project sites
18) Assign specific tasks including field measurements, data collection, data interpretation, and reporting as well as supervise and review them
Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of industrial experience
2) Exceptional communication and organizational skills
3) Ability to work extended shifts during peak work periods as well as work in evening and weekend (if required) to complete reports, meet project deadlines, as well as research techniques and equipment
4) Ability to prepare detailed technical reports, using existing computer systems and work well with others
5) Valid driver's license and passport
6) Ability to work in adverse environments including enclosed spaces, high elevations, warm and/or noisy conditions, etc.
7) Willingness to travel (regional/international) and at various project sites
