Position Location Senior Geotechnical Engineer Orlando, FL Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Evaluating specific geotechnical issues related to settlement, capacity of shallow and deep foundations 2) Specifying general earth work-related construction practices 3) Supervising field and laboratory testing programs 4) Manage projects, prepare reports and interface with clients by providing timely advice or answers to a variety of geotechnical challenges Requirements 1) Must have or be able to obtain a Florida PE or should be EIT 2) 2 to 5 years experience in conducting geotechnical explorations 3) Assist other senior staff in marketing the firm, preparing proposals for geotechnical services, and maintaining client follow-up after project completion 4) Strong verbal and writing skills as well as computer proficiency
