Position Location Wastewater Designer Midwestern US Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Create water and wastewater treatment conceptual design reports 2) Produce advances process/mechanical conceptual design through to pre-design, detailed design, construction and commissioning phases 3) Develop P&IDs, PFDs, process mechanical drawings and specifications 4) Prepare cost estimates 5) Lead a multi-disciplinary design team Requirements 1) Degree in Process Mechanical, Chemical and/or Civil Engineering 2) P.Eng. or eligibility to register for P.Eng 3) 5+ years of detailed process/mechanical design, construction and commissioning experience in water/wastewater treatment 4) Expertise in plant hydraulics 5) Knowledge of pumping, valves and piping systems including material selection 6) Excellent oral and written communication skills 7) Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and MS Project 8) Motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
