Position Location Pressure Vessel Engineer California Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Manage a team of mobile mechanics 2) Liaise with parts suppliers, sales, billing, warranty and engineering departments 3) Manage the implementation of ongoing installation/construction projects 4) Organize project/installation schedules 5) Handle incoming customer calls, create service orders and input in SAP system 6) Manage service contracts 7) Order parts and material for jobs and co-ordinate with contractors/sub contractors 8) Match service orders with timesheets 9) Handle customer calls relating to contracts, invoices, scheduling and pricing Requirements 1) Degree (4 year) 2) 1 – 2 years of experience in an office environment 3) Experience in SAP and dispatch service industry an asset 4) Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel 5) Ability to work effectively with little direct supervision 6) Strong organizational and planning skills
