Position Location Marketing Executive New York Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Marketing Director Responsibilities 1) Assist in the coordination of public relations activities (photo shoots, new release development, idea generations and editorial placement) 2) Assist in the development and execution of direct mail campaigns 3) Handle the planning of the monthly newsletter program 4) Provide accurate and timely support to technical, sales and management personnel in all areas of proposal and technical qualification submittals 5) Coordinate with technical personnel and regional offices in all areas of marketing (letter generation, qualification development, research, advertisement development, association memberships and tradeshow coordination) 6) Create presentations for meetings and events 7) Administer the coordination of tradeshow activities, including logistics, collateral, marketing materials, securing speaking opportunities and follow-up reports Requirements 1) Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field 2) 1 – 3 years of marketing experience in a professional service industry 3) Expertise in sales and marketing strategies for service industry companies 4) Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Access and FrontPage) 5) Strong computer and verbal/written communication skills 6) Ability to work in a team
