1) Serve as the leader of the Equipment Team
2) Develop machining concepts for production lines
3) Communicate concepts both internally and to vendors and make high quality prototypes
4) Develop innovative designs and maintain quality at all times
5) Work with clients to create new equipment designs that fit their needs
6) Train and mentor junior designers |
| Requirements |
1) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Design or related field
2) 4 years of experience in product design/development and minimum 2 years in designing manufacturing equipment
3) Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
4) Knowledge of manufacturing processes
6) Excellent communication and leadership skills |
