Position Location Lead Wastewater Engineer/Technologist Southwestern US Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Implement new methods for physical/chemical treatment, membrane separation and advanced biological process technologies 2) Develop short and long-term stormwater, drainage and waste management strategies 3) Create water and wastewater treatment conceptual design reports 4) Produce advances process/mechanical conceptual design through to pre-design, detailed design, construction and commissioning phases 5) Develop P&IDs, PFDs, process mechanical drawings and specifications 6) Lead a multi-disciplinary design team Requirements 1) Degree in Chemical or Civil Engineering 2) P.Eng. or eligibility to register for P.Eng 3) 4+ years of detailed process/mechanical design, construction and commissioning experience in water/wastewater treatment 4) Expertise in plant hydraulics 5) Knowledge of pumping, valves and piping systems including material selection 6) Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and MS Project
