| Responsibilities |
1) Assist with recruitment and training of Sales Team 2) Manage daily activities of sales representatives 3) Engage in extensive fieldwork with individual team members 4) Perform ongoing training of products and sales techniques 5) Develop and implement field sales action as well as incentive plans 6) Analyze sales and market trends to customize sales strategy as well as maximize team effectiveness 7) Achieve or exceed team/market sales goals 8) Provide daily/weekly status reports and representative performance evaluations 9) Implement local, market sales strategies (new product offerings, promotions and business development initiatives) |
| Requirements |
1) 5 years of industry experience in process design, process equipment sales, or process package engineering 2) Proven sales record 3) Excellent organizational and time management skills 4) Superb communication skills (written and oral) 5) Ability to ensure successful completion of projects from point of sale to commissioning |
