| Responsibilities |
1) Assist with routine performance reviews
2) Manage the day-to-day activities of the Production Department
3) Coordinate the company’s safety program
4) Prepare weekly timesheets
5) Handle inventory and purchase of all Production Department supplies
6) Coordinate any machine repairs with the Maintenance Department
7) Assist with the approval of new product requests in a timely manner
8) Ensure adherence to company quality standards for all products |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 4 years of experience in production role (plastics or packaging facility preferred)
3) Experience in blow/injection molded plastics
4) Excellent leadership and communication skills |
