Plant Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Assist with routine performance reviews
2) Manage the day-to-day activities of the Production Department
3) Coordinate the company’s safety program
4) Prepare weekly timesheets
5) Handle inventory and purchase of all Production Department supplies
6) Coordinate any machine repairs with the Maintenance Department
7) Assist with the approval of new product requests in a timely manner
8) Ensure adherence to company quality standards for all products |
| Requirements |
1) BS in Engineering or related field
2) Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering in a fabrication or assembly line
3) Expertise in process qualifications, safety systems design and implementation, resolution of quality and technical problems as well as process design
4) Excellent written and verbal and communication skills |
