Position Location Production Supervisor – Extrusion Arkansas Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Plant Management Responsibilities 1) Supervise all personnel and daily operations on the shift 2) Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment 3) Report any process and equipment problem 4) Assist with attracting, interviewing and hiring necessary talent for the Production Department 5) Complete all aspects of personnel related tasks for assigned employees (performance reviews, disciplinary issues, coaching, training, etc.) 6) Apply company’s Management Suggested Practices to assigned employees consistently with assistance from HR (as necessary) 7) Ensure that departmental policies and procedures are followed 8) Verify (correct) identification and warehousing of products 9) Oversee all processes, equipment, employees, safety and housekeeping of the area 10) Ensure that production quality and quantity standards are met Requirements 1) Degree (4 year) preferred 2) 3+ years of experience in blown film, extrusion, etc. 3) Working knowledge of computerized extruders 4) Good people skills
